Agreement

By creating an account or using Linktanium, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Linktanium provides a browser dashboard and link management tool, available at linktanium.com.

Accounts and access

Accounts are managed through Clerk, our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. One account per person; you may not share access credentials.

Subscriptions and billing

The cloud tier includes a 30-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial. After 30 days, you must add a payment method to continue. The cloud tier is billed at $2/month or $12/year (paid annually). All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not use Linktanium to store or organize links to illegal content, to abuse, harass, or harm others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure, or to resell access to the service without written permission.

Data and export

You own your data. We store it on your behalf as part of the cloud service. You can export your full dashboard configuration at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 90 days.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Linktanium. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
