What this statement covers
This privacy statement describes how Linktanium collects, uses, and stores information when you use the Linktanium service at linktanium.com, including the marketing site and the signed-in dashboard.
Information we collect
Account information
Linktanium uses Clerk as our authentication provider. When you create an account, Clerk collects and stores your email address and login credentials (or your Google profile information, if you sign in with Google) on our behalf. Your password is managed entirely by Clerk — our own servers never receive or store it.
Dashboard configuration
We store the tabs, panels, links, widget settings, and pinned floating-dialog positions you create inside Linktanium in our database (hosted by Neon, a managed PostgreSQL provider). This is the data required to sync your dashboard across browsers and devices.
Billing information
If you subscribe to the cloud tier, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe stores your card details directly; we store only your subscription status, plan, and renewal date. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and features are used, both on the marketing site and inside the dashboard. This is aggregate usage data (pages visited, general navigation patterns) — it does not include the content of the links, panels, or notes you create.
Server and error logs
We collect basic server-side logs (timestamps, HTTP status codes, error traces) from our Cloudflare Workers backend to monitor reliability and diagnose issues. These logs do not include the content of your links or the URLs you open from your panels.
Contact form submissions
If you use our contact form, the name, email address, subject, and message you submit are sent to our support inbox via our transactional email provider (Brevo). This is not added to your account record unless you already have one.
What we do not collect
We do not track which links inside your dashboard you click, or the destinations you visit from them. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your dashboard content — your links, panels, or notes — for advertising.
Cookies
Clerk sets cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. See our Cookie policy for the full list.
Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and do not export your data within 90 days, your account and its associated data will be permanently deleted.
Third-party services
Linktanium relies on the following third-party services (subprocessors) to operate:
- Clerk — authentication and account/session management, including optional Google sign-in.
- Neon — managed PostgreSQL database hosting for your dashboard data.
- Stripe — payment processing for the cloud tier. Stripe stores your payment card details; we do not see or store your card number.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, our backend (Workers), and storage for blog images (R2).
- Brevo — delivery of transactional email, including account notifications and contact form messages.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage analytics across the marketing site and dashboard.
Your rights
You can request a full export of your data, request deletion of your account, or ask questions about how your data is used via our contact form.
